Job Description

Job Title: Test Analyst – Manual JIRA & Xray – Salesforce CRM Role Summary: Manual test analyst responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on Salesforce CRM test cases. Utilises JIRA and Xray throughout the test life cycle. Supports UAT, defect triage, and ensures product meets requirements before release. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality test artefacts on schedule. - Maintain accurate documentation and evidence for compliance. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with developers, product owners, and QA. - Participate in test strategy, reviews, and go/no‑go decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide input to overall test strategy and detailed test plans for each phase. - Analyse requirements and design docs to create test scenarios, cases, and regression packs. - Prepare test data, scripts, and UAT support activities. - Execute test cycles, log defects, and support defect triage. - Identify and log RAID items to Test Lead/Manager. - Report test status to TAG board and produce regular status reports. - Ensure compliance with testing policy, entry/exit criteria, and quality assurance processes. - Conduct peer reviews and support knowledge transfer documents. - Maintain Test Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM). Required Skills: - Manual testing expertise with JIRA and Xray. - Strong test case design, execution, and defect management skills. - Experience with regression testing and UAT support. - Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation abilities. - Familiarity with agile/scrum processes and test life cycle. - Salesforce CRM testing experience highly desirable. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - JIRA/Xray certification (preferred). - Salesforce testing or related certification (desired).
