**Job Title** Franchise Director (Franchise Owner) **Role Summary** Lead the local franchise of Avenir Rénovations, a high‑growth renovation network. Own and grow the business while representing the brand, managing end‑to‑end customer service, and overseeing a team of local trades partners. **Expectations** - Operate a profitable, stand‑alone franchise. - Maintain high service quality and brand reputation. - Deliver consistent client acquisition (20–30 qualified leads/month). - Grow market share through local marketing and partnership development. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Client Management** – Book appointments, produce quotes, supervise work progress, and ensure client satisfaction. 2. **Business Development** – Generate 20–30 qualified contacts per month; convert leads into projects. 3. **Team & Partner Leadership** – Recruit, train, and supervise employees; coordinate subcontractors and artisans. 4. **Operational Oversight** – Use proprietary digital tools (CRM, ERP, quoting/factoring software) to manage operations, invoicing, and project tracking. 5. **Marketing & Branding** – Implement national communication strategies; support digital marketing campaigns. 6. **Continuous Learning** – Attend ongoing training (technical, commercial, management) and apply best practices. **Required Skills** - Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑motivation, and result orientation. - Strong client‑relationship and communication skills. - Team management capability with a focus on efficiency and quality. - Basic financial acumen (budgeting, revenue tracking). - Ability to learn and apply digital tools. - Fluency in French; additional language skills a plus for regional expansion. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum secondary education; bachelor’s degree preferred. - No mandatory construction certification required, but relevant industry knowledge is advantageous. - Completion of the franchise’s initial and ongoing training modules will be provided.
