Job Description

**Job Title** Junior Full Stack Developer **Role Summary** Motivated developer responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying web applications across front‑end and back‑end layers. Works collaboratively within an agile team, contributes to code quality, and continuously learns emerging technologies. **Expectations** - Deliver functional features on schedule while adhering to coding standards. - Participate actively in code reviews, debugging, and issue resolution. - Keep abreast of current web development trends and apply best practices. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and maintain user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks (React, NextJS, Angular, or Vue.js). - Implement server‑side logic with Node.js or Python, including AWS Lambda functions. - Design, integrate, and query both NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL). - Create and manage AWS Step Functions state machines. - Write, test, and deploy RESTful APIs and web services. - Conduct unit and integration testing; troubleshoot and fix defects. - Contribute to sprint planning, task estimation, and agile ceremonies. - Maintain code repositories using Git and follow version‑control best practices. **Required Skills** - Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript. - Experience with at least one front‑end framework/library (React, NextJS, Angular, Vue.js). - Backend development with Node.js or Python. - AWS Lambda development and Step Functions design. - Database knowledge: MongoDB, DynamoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL. - Understanding of file/document processing tools. - Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities. - Good verbal and written communication. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field *or* equivalent practical experience. - (Optional) Diploma of Higher Education preferred. - No specific certifications required; AWS familiarity is advantageous.
