Job Description
**Job title:** National Account Manager **Role Summary:** Lead and grow the wholesale division’s national and regional key accounts, driving sales, profit and impact targets while managing P&L responsibility and ensuring outstanding client service. **Expectations:** - Deliver consistent growth against accurate sales and volume forecasts. - Own the full P&L cycle for assigned accounts. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client presentations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and internal teams. - Identify and secure new business opportunities and tenders. - Support social‑impact collaborations and sustainable initiatives with clients. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Develop and execute account plans with the Head of Wholesale. 2. Forecast sales, monitor performance and report progress to senior leadership. 3. Manage contract catering, multi‑site, and wholesale customer base. 4. Represent the brand at events, cuppings, trade shows and industry gatherings. 5. Drive product range extension through marketing, training and promotional activities. 6. Recommend and facilitate equipment‑based solutions in partnership with machine vendors. 7. Handle admin tasks: sample ordering, event logistics, coffee machine movements. 8. Coordinate with sales admin to ensure on‑time, accurate order fulfilment. 9. Conduct new business tenders, negotiate pricing and secure contracts. 10. Collaborate on social‑impact projects, including onward employment opportunities. **Required Skills:** - P&L ownership and commercial acumen. - Proven account management experience, ideally with head‑office and contract‑catering clients. - Deep knowledge of the coffee industry and related product ranges. - Advanced MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM proficiency. - Strong negotiation, influencing and presentation skills. - Strategic thinker, entrepreneurial mindset, and resilient under tight deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Ability to build positive internal and external relationships. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. - Relevant certifications in sales, account management or CRM systems preferred.
