**Job Title:** Fullstack Mobile Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and maintain mobile and backend services for an AI‑driven influencer marketing platform. Own end‑to‑end delivery from architecture to production, ensuring high performance, scalability, and code quality while integrating advanced AI agents and data pipelines.
**Expectations:**
- Work swiftly in an early‑stage startup, taking full ownership of features.
- Maintain rigorous coding standards, automated testing, and code reviews.
- Communicate clearly across product, design, and business stakeholders.
- Embrace ambiguity and lead technical decisions with a generalist mindset.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and iterate Flutter mobile applications.
- Develop and sustain Node.js / Next.js APIs and micro‑services.
- Architect scalable systems, design robust API contracts, and tune SQL databases for performance.
- Integrate AI tools, embeddings, and LLMs into the platform’s agent workflows.
- Deploy services on cloud providers (AWS/GCP), containerize with Docker, orchestrate with Kubernetes.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and monitor production health.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficient in Flutter for mobile development.
- Strong Node.js and Next.js experience, including server‑side rendering and API design.
- Deep understanding of SQL database design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS or GCP).
- Hands‑on with AI integrations (e.g., Cursor, embeddings, large language models).
- Knowledge of performance tuning, scalability, and security fundamentals.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks, CI/CD, and code quality tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field **or** equivalent professional experience.
- Cloud or AI certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer, or similar) are a plus but not mandatory.
