Job Description: Job Title: Junior Creative Designer Role Summary: Create high‑quality visual assets for marketing, media, and brand storytelling across digital, print, and video platforms. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams, ensuring brand consistency and delivering on multiple time‑sensitive projects while working independently. Expectations: - 2–3 years of design experience. - Deliver exceptional work within tight deadlines and handle multiple concurrent projects. - Accept and integrate feedback with minimal supervision. - Occasionally travel for shoots and production visits. Key Responsibilities: - Design and produce visuals (banners, social media, email, web, print, brochures, video). - Apply documented brand guidelines, fonts, logos, and style standards. - Prepare print‑ready files and adhere to production specs. - Coordinate and execute photo and video shoots, including post‑production editing (video, animation, photo retouching). - Manage production budgets and source necessary materials and props. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and other internal stakeholders. Required Skills: - Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (essential). - Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere (asset). - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint. - Strong digital imaging and retouching abilities. - Solid understanding of typography and visual composition. - Video shooting and editing skills (asset). - Familiarity with email and digital marketing best practices. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Image Arts, Photography, Digital Production, or a related field. - Portfolio of high‑quality design work (video work considered an asset).
