Job Description
**Job Title:** Head of Transformation **Role Summary:** Leads enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives, defining and delivering target operating models from concept through implementation. Drives simplicity, agility, and cross‑functional collaboration while influencing senior leadership and ensuring measurable business outcomes. **Expactations:** - Shape and execute large‑scale transformation programs with clear business cases. - Build and sustain high‑performing, cross‑functional teams. - Influence senior stakeholders (Director level and above) and secure governance support. - Apply an agile mindset to accelerate delivery and embed sustainable change. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and implement target operating model strategies across multiple functions. - Own end‑to‑end program lifecycle: scoping, planning, resourcing, execution, iteration, and embedding. - Establish and champion effective ways of working, governance structures, and performance metrics. - Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and reporting at critical governance forums. - Develop robust business cases, define outcomes, and track progress against KPIs. - Foster a transformation mindset and collaborative culture across the organization. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience delivering multi‑function transformation programs (preferably in retail/consumer). - Strong leadership and project‑management capability, with ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities. - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels. - Agile methodology expertise and ability to apply rapid delivery techniques. - Data‑driven strategic thinking and commercial acumen. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Six Sigma) desirable. - Consulting background (Big 4 or equivalent) in Strategy, Transformation, M&A Integration/Separation is highly valued.
