Job title: CRM Manager – Credit – Contractor (12 months) Role Summary: Lead end-to-end CRM strategy for credit products, driving acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through data‑driven targeting and multi‑channel engagement. Manage analytics, reporting, and cross‑functional initiatives to align CRM tactics with commercial objectives. Expactations:* - Deliver measurable KPIs for campaign performance and ROI. - Influence senior stakeholders with clear performance stories. - Maintain rigorous project timelines and stakeholder communication. - Uphold high standards of data integrity and segmentation accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Design, execute, and optimize CRM workflows across Email, In‑app, Push, SMS, and other channels. - Segment audience with advanced data targeting and predictive analytics. - Lead A/B and MVT testing to improve campaign conversion. - Build and refine predictive models to anticipate customer behavior and pain points. - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to integrate CRM initiatives into broader business goals. - Report campaign delivery, KPIs, and insights to senior management. - Oversee customer advocacy programs to boost retention and brand advocacy. - Continuously improve CRM processes and efficiencies within the team. Required Skills: - 4+ years in multi‑channel CRM for credit/lending/finance sectors. - Proficiency with CRM automation platforms (Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). - Strong analytical skills: segmentation, predictive modelling, KPI reporting. - Experience with data tools (Looker, SQL) and project management tools (Jira, GSuite). - A/B, MVT testing expertise. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration. - Self‑motivated, attention to detail, results‑driven implementation. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable Academy) preferred.
