Job Title: Project Coordinator – Industrial Projects (H/F) Role Summary: Supports the Site Director in planning, executing, and controlling investment projects within an automated industrial facility producing frozen pastries. Coordinates cross‑functional projects, optimizes resources, and ensures industrial performance within budget while driving continuous process improvement. Expectations: Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget; maintain collaboration with technical leads; provide proactive recommendations for process enhancements; ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, plan, and monitor investment policy implementation in partnership with the Technical Manager. - Organise, manage, and lead project coordination activities across the site. - Optimize resource allocation and industrial performance while respecting budget constraints. - Propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and outcomes. - Act as project support for various site initiatives and operational projects. - Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics for senior management. - Ensure adherence to project governance, quality, health & safety, and environmental regulations. Required Skills: - Project management experience in an industrial/food‑processing environment. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and synthesis abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to influence cross‑functional teams. - Proactive, autonomous, disciplined; adept at prioritising and meeting deadlines. - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and ERP systems. - Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree +5 (equivalent to Master’s level) in Engineering – Food Technology, Agro‑Food, Industrial Engineering, or related field. - Professional certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2) or continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) are preferred.

Job Description
**Job Title:** Regional Key Account Sales Manager – GMS Southwest (M/F/X) **Role Summary:** Lead the commercial strategy and sales execution for the GMS (large‑format retail) channel in the Southwest region, managing a portfolio of key accounts, driving revenue and margin growth, and leading a local sales team to achieve national objectives. **Expectations:** - Achieve assigned turnover, margin, and market‑share targets. - Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain optimal stock levels. - Build strong relationships with key retailers and internal stakeholders. - Lead, motivate, and develop the regional sales team to meet KPIs. - Provide timely market intelligence to corporate headquarters. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and implement territory action plans aligned with national priorities (pricing, promotions, merchandising, innovation). - Grow and manage the GMS customer/prospect portfolio; increase product visibility and promote local production. - Conduct continuous market monitoring (trends, threats, opportunities) and report insights. - Negotiate regional agreements (pricing, listings, promotional activities) and ensure contractual compliance. - Prepare reliable sales forecasts, oversee regional stock levels, and execute risk‑mitigation actions (e.g., destocking). - Track and analyze performance metrics (sales, volume, profitability, share) and generate regular reports for corrective actions. - Lead, coach, and evaluate the local commercial team; set clear objectives, monitor KPI achievement, and support skill development. - Strengthen the network of retailer partners through regular contact, regional events, and influence. **Required Skills:** - Proven sales and negotiation techniques in the agro‑food GMS sector. - Strong account‑management and budgeting/forecasting capabilities. - Leadership and people‑management experience (team supervision preferred). - Excellent analytical ability to interpret market data and devise strategies. - High customer‑orientation, results‑driven mindset, and strong interpersonal communication. - Proactive, rigorous, and capable of influencing senior decision‑makers. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the agro‑food GMS environment, with field exposure. - Management experience is an asset; no specific certifications required.
