Job Description
**Job Title** Sector Manager – Retail (GMS) **Role Summary** Lead client development and account management for a portfolio of ~90 grocery and retail accounts. Drive sales growth, ensure optimal product placement, and strengthen long‑term relationships across the Pays de Loire region. **Expectations** - Build and maintain high‑value relationships with key decision makers in GMS chains. - Achieve and exceed sales targets and account growth objectives. - Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and a proactive mindset. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage the entire sales cycle: prospect, negotiate, close, and renew accounts. - Plan and execute in‑store merchandising plans, ensuring optimal shelf positioning and visual compliance. - Use CRM tools to track pipeline, forecast, and report performance. - Conduct regular store visits, provide feedback on store layouts, and identify upselling opportunities. - Collaborate with regional sales leadership for strategic planning and performance review. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product portfolio, pricing, and competitive landscape. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in B2B retail sales, preferably in grocery or large‑format retail (GMS). - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to analyze sales data, forecast, and report results accurately. - Self‑motivation, organization, and a results‑driven attitude. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum Bac +2 in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Valid driving licence (Permis B) required. ---
