**Job title** Product Marketing Manager **Role Summary** Lead the product strategy, development, launch, and ongoing management of a full skincare portfolio, including permanent and limited‑edition lines, to drive business growth. Translate market insights into actionable product roadmaps, 360° launch campaigns, and cross‑functional collaboration across B2C and B2B channels. **Expectations** Deliver high‑quality, innovative products that meet consumer needs and brand values while maintaining profitability. Manage multiple product lifecycles, timelines, and budgets; coordinate cross‑functional teams; and demonstrate measurable impact on revenue and market share. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct in‑depth market and competitor analyses; provide actionable insights to inform product strategy. - Co‑design the 3‑year product plan: launch agenda, market prioritization, pricing, volume targets, and bundle construction. - Own the product development loop: concept ideation, marketing brief creation, formulation validation, risk mitigation, and deadline adherence. - Produce and execute differentiated 360° launch campaigns (communication, digital, influencer, trade marketing). - Monitor launch performance, adjust tactics, and report results to senior leadership. - Build and maintain strong relationships with B2C and B2B stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand experience. **Required Skills** - Deep understanding of beauty and cosmetics market trends and consumer behavior. - Proven product strategy and marketing plan development. - Strong project management skills: timelines, budgets, cross‑functional coordination. - Analytical mindset: convert data and insights into strategic actions. - Excellent communication and collaboration in cross‑functional environments. - Creative thinking with a focus on differentiation and brand storytelling. - Risk management, profit‑centric decision making. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Cosmetic Science, or a related discipline. - Minimum 4–5 years of product marketing experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry, preferably with engaged, premium, or natural brands. - Certifications in Product Management or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are advantageous.
