Job Title: Fullstack AI Developer – React / Node.js Role Summary Build an AI‑driven matching engine to recommend talents for projects, integrating NLP, machine learning, and LLM techniques into a modern tech stack. Work closely with the CTO on architecture, API design, and product interfaces. Expectations • Deliver production‑ready code for a scalable matching system. • Prototype scoring algorithms, analyze unstructured data from CVs, profiles, and project descriptions. • Iterate on architecture; propose technical solutions for evolving product needs. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop the AI matching engine and scoring algorithms. - Process and structure data from resumes, profiles, and project briefs. - Integrate machine learning, NLP, and large‑language‑model components. - Build and maintain backend APIs (Node.js/Express) to expose matching logic. - Develop product interfaces that consume and display recommendation results. - Collaborate with the CTO on technical decisions and system evolution.
