Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior Project Engineer – Metallic Structures **Role Summary:** Lead the organization, coordination, and validation of multidisciplinary teams responsible for metallic structure projects. Act as the primary liaison with external technical partners, managing projects autonomously while reporting to the Director and Technical Director. **Expectations:** - Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to technical specifications. - Ensure high-quality calculations and design compliance for steel structures. - Foster effective communication among internal teams and external stakeholders. - Mentor and supervise project team members to achieve performance objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, organize, and monitor all phases of metallic structure projects. - Validate structural calculations, drawings, and technical documents. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other external engineers. - Track project milestones, risks, and issues; implement corrective actions as needed. - Prepare and present progress reports to senior management. - Lead and develop the project team, delegating tasks and providing technical guidance. **Required Skills:** - Proven expertise in steel structure analysis and design (minimum 5 years). - Strong project management and team leadership abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency with structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, RFEM, Tekla Structures). - Ability to interpret codes and standards for metallic constructions. - Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail and quality. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Engineering degree (BSc/MSc) in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering. - Professional engineering license or equivalent certification preferred. - Relevant project management training (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
