Job Description

Job title: Business Analyst Role Summary: A Business Analyst who leads and oversees end‑to‑end solution delivery within the Financial Services and Technology sector. Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to capture, validate and prioritize functional and non‑functional requirements, produce use cases, process maps and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Expactations: - Deliver comprehensive solution documentation that meets business, functional and industry standards. - Manage project estimates, scope, change requests and risk logs, escalating issues as needed. - Facilitate workshops and presentations with clients to clarify goals and capture requirements. - Coordinate handover to Business As Usual teams and support continuous process improvement.
