**Job Title:** Frontend Developer **Role Summary:** Remote Front‑End Developer responsible for translating high‑fidelity designs into pixel‑perfect, responsive, and accessible web interfaces. Works closely with designers, back‑end engineers, and product teams to deliver performant, maintainable front‑end code that meets client satisfaction and quality standards. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5 years of professional front‑end development experience. - Proven ability to deliver pixel‑perfect implementations from Figma, XD or Sketch. - Strong focus on code quality, performance, accessibility, and cross‑browser compatibility. - Effective collaboration and communication within a multidisciplinary, design‑led team. - Commitment to continuous learning and adoption of emerging front‑end technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Convert UI/UX designs into clean, production‑ready HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS) and JavaScript (ES6+) code. - Build fully responsive, WCAG‑compliant interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile. - Develop and maintain components using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Next.js). - Integrate front‑end with APIs and headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Sanity, Strapi). - Optimize asset loading, implement lazy loading, and apply performance best practices. - Conduct peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers. - Implement front‑end testing (unit tests, debugging) to ensure stability across browsers/devices. - Participate in Agile sprints, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with QA and project managers. - Advocate for tool and process improvements; stay current with front‑end trends. **Required Skills:** - HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS) - Modern JavaScript (ES6+) - React, Vue, or Next.js (framework expertise) - Responsive design, cross‑browser compatibility, WCAG accessibility - Pixel‑perfect UI implementation from design tools (Figma, XD, Sketch) - API integration and headless CMS experience - Code quality focus: version control (Git), CI/CD, clean architecture - Strong UI/UX understanding, typography, layout, interaction design - Problem‑solving, detail‑oriented, excellent communication **Desirable Skills (optional):** - TypeScript, TailwindCSS, styled‑components - Unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) - SEO best practices, design systems, component libraries **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field *or* equivalent professional experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Front‑End Development, React/Angular/Vue) are a plus but not mandatory.
