**Job Title**: Client Project Manager (France & International) – Dermocosmetics **Role Summary**: Lead client project management for natural, patented dermocosmetic ingredients, driving sales growth and client collaboration in France and global markets. Act as a technical-commercial liaison between clients, internal experts, and sales teams. **Expectations**: Proactive approach to client relations, project execution, and cross-functional teamwork. Requires strategic collaboration with market teams and administration to meet sales objectives. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage direct/indirect client support in France/international markets, addressing technical, scientific, and commercial requirements. - Coordinate internal expert feedback to resolve client inquiries, serving as a central communication bridge. - Develop commercial action plans and marketing materials aligned with business goals. - Oversee client project workflows using CRM tools to enhance portfolio performance. - Conduct market analysis and client insights to inform sales strategies. - Analyze client activity trends, share findings with internal stakeholders to refine product offerings. - Handle client complaints and ensure resolution adherence to company standards. **Required Skills**: - Scientific expertise in pharmacy, cosmetics, biology, or biochemistry. - 1+ years in project management or commercial operations within dermocosmetic industry. - Strong client engagement and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools. - Advanced English language skills; fluency in French advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Advanced scientific degree (MSc preferred) in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, biotechnology, or related field. - Project management experience or certifications (e.g., PMP) advantageous.
