**Job Title:** Field Marketing Manager, Digital Solutions
**Role Summary:**
Spearhead the marketing of digital operating‑room solutions, managing end‑to‑end product lifecycle, and driving revenue growth and market share expansion through strategic initiatives, cross‑functional collaboration, and technical enablement of sales teams.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable revenue uplift and market‑share gains for the Digital Solutions portfolio.
- Align marketing tactics with product strategy, demand planning, and broader business objectives.
- Act as the technical and strategic bridge between product, sales, service, and regulatory functions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans, launches, and post‑launch optimization for new and legacy products.
- Provide technical and product training to field sales, service, and new hires to improve sales effectiveness.
- Create marketing collateral (internal and external) that translates complex clinical and technical concepts into compelling messaging.
- Lead demand forecasting, planning, and reporting; build dashboards and scorecards to inform business decisions.
- Engage Key Opinion Leaders and external partners to reinforce brand positioning and gather market feedback.
- Collaborate with regulatory, IT, and product teams on cross‑functional projects and compliance requirements.
- Represent the portfolio at labs, conventions, and customer events, ensuring alignment with field expectations.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights, translating findings into actionable marketing initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong project management, prioritization, and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify scientific and technical content.
- Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Microsoft Office suite.
- In‑depth knowledge of medical‑device industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and healthcare market dynamics.
- Hardware/software expertise, especially enterprise applications in AV, networking, or video imaging.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Health Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of medical sales and/or marketing experience.
- 5–7 years of experience in audio‑visual, networking, or related technology industries.
