Job Description: Job Title: Senior Manager, Advisory (Cyber Security) Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex cybersecurity advisory programmes, manage multiple client engagements concurrently, and produce high‑quality client‑ready outputs while ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and strong stakeholder alignment. Expactations: - Deliver programme objectives, budgets, and quality standards across concurrent engagements. - Maintain client satisfaction and positive stakeholder engagement at C‑level. - Continuously improve internal delivery playbooks and knowledge assets. Key Responsibilities: - Manage defined workstreams and programme scope, timelines, and resources for large‑scale cyber advisory projects. - Create clear status reports, identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and delays. - Translate cyber, risk, and technical inputs into concise client presentations, reports, and recommendations. - Navigate ambiguity and support organisational change or operating model shifts. - Support proposal development, solution design, and client‑facing materials with realistic delivery insights. - Contribute to internal delivery playbooks and foster a collaborative, accountable delivery culture. Required Skills: - 5–7+ years’ experience in cybersecurity consulting with 2–3+ years of hands‑on delivery. - Proven multi‑client programme and project leadership across regulated environments. - Strong programme management, scope, dependency, and stakeholder alignment capabilities. - Deep expertise in at least two cybersecurity domains (e.g., critical infrastructure protection, crisis readiness, third‑party risk, cloud architecture, cyber risk quantification). - Client‑focused communication, adept at engaging CISOs, CIOs, and both technical and non‑technical audiences. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT Management, or related field. - Professional certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent.
