**Job Title**: Senior DevOps Engineer (Data Infrastructure) **Role Summary**: Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable data infrastructure and operations for investment, financial, and risk applications. Job Title: Sr. Manager, IT Service Management (ITSM) Role Summary: Lead the IT Service Management function for a finance & investment operation, ensuring service stability, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Manage incident, problem, and change processes, coordinate cross‑functional responses to major incidents, and provide data‑driven insights to business leaders. Expectations: - Minimize business disruptions and reduce compliance risks. - Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in ITSM. - Foster effective communication among technical, business, and governance teams.
