**Job Title**
Principal IT Consultant – Resiliency, Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
**Role Summary**
Strategic leader responsible for enterprise‑wide IT resiliency governance, executive communication, and stakeholder alignment. Drives policy creation, performance metrics, and continuous improvement across the IT Resiliency and Recovery Services portfolio while guiding cross‑functional teams and vendors.
**Expectations**
- Deliver comprehensive resiliency strategy and governance to senior leadership.
- Ensure clear, actionable policies and metrics are defined, tracked, and communicated.
- Foster a culture of accountability, coordination, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach IT consulting teams, fostering collaboration and self‑leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead resiliency governance, policy development, and executive briefings.
- Translate business strategy into requirements, dashboards, and actionable plans.
- Manage complex solution design support, research initiatives, and vendor evaluations.
- Oversee application, system, and process evolution: current‑state mapping, future‑state design, and impact analysis.
- Develop business cases, cost‑benefit, ROI, and TCO analyses for unique solutions.
- Drive continuous process improvement, standardize tools, templates, and processes.
- Remove impediments, develop contingency plans, and resolve high‑complexity issues.
- Mentor, coach, and influence team members and stakeholders across regions.
- Maintain expertise in software/system testing, integration, and configuration.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field.
- Minimum 10 years in IT consulting or business analysis.
- Minimum 3 years experience in software/system testing across multiple IT environments.
- Minimum 2 years experience in software/application development.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CBAP, CISM, CISSP, CRISC) preferred.
