Growth Marketing Lead
**Role Summary:**
Lead the end-to-end acquisition strategy for credit card customers, blending creative campaign design with data‑driven optimization across paid, owned, and partnership channels. Drive customer base expansion, channel efficiency, and marketing precision while collaborating with product, analytics, and merchant teams.
**Expectations:**
- Achieve aggressive growth targets for credit‑card acquisition.
- Deliver measurable ROI and reduced CAC through strategic channel and creative testing.
- Provide clear, actionable reporting to cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Scale successful tactics while continuously exploring new acquisition avenues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Design, launch, and manage acquisition campaigns across digital, affiliate, direct mail, and other paid/partner channels.
2. Build and optimize new acquisition capabilities to broaden reach and improve agility.
3. Evaluate existing sources for cost and quality, and recommend adjustments.
4. Conduct rigorous testing (A/B, multivariate) to validate new channels, creatives, and targeting.
5. Analyze acquisition data by customer profile, funnel stage, and source, using SQL on Snowflake to segment and extract insights.
6. Develop and maintain a reporting cadence, presenting analysis and recommendations to leadership.
7. Align acquisition objectives with cross‑functional teams, ensuring audience and quality metrics are met.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years in consumer acquisition or growth marketing (fintech, credit, or financial services preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to dissect acquisition data, identify levers, and recommend data‑driven actions.
- Hands‑on expertise in optimizing paid and partner media for quality and scale.
- Deep experience launching new acquisition channels or capabilities.
- Advanced SQL proficiency (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
- Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tableau, Looker, or equivalents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate data into clear insights.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, data‑first environment with cross‑functional collaboration.
**Bonus Points:**
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical methodologies.
- Knowledge of multi‑touch attribution and attribution modeling.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications in digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) or analytics tools are a plus.
