Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Role Summary: Senior Business Analyst required to lead complex technology initiatives, including GIS modernization and Oracle-to-Azure SQL migration, with focus on data and process analysis. Job Description
Job Title: Tier 1 Windows Systems Administrator Role Summary: Provide first‑line technical support for Windows desktops, servers, and associated Microsoft environments, resolving incidents, managing user accounts, and maintaining inventory and compliance. Expectations: Deliver timely, high‑quality service within defined SLAs, maintain accurate documentation, support onboarding/offboarding and licensing processes, and contribute to knowledge base and IT governance. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to Windows desktop/server support tickets via phone, email, or helpdesk system. - Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, AD, and standard applications. - Perform account management (password resets, lockouts, group changes). - Monitor alerts, assist with routine incident response, and execute standard maintenance tasks (installations, updates, reboots). - Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 engineers. - Manage user inventory and licensing (devices, peripherals, Verizon air cards). - Administer door badge system, Verizon cell accounts, and VPN support. - Build, deploy, and update workstation/tablet build images. - Support MFA, Exchange 365 mailbox management, journaling, and email records requests. - Manage NTFS permissions, printer deployments, and print server configurations. - Maintain knowledge‑base articles, run audits, produce reports, and survey users for satisfaction. - Provide interim support to help desk staff as needed.
