Job Description
Job title: Sector Manager & Country Leader Role Summary Lead the sales and operational strategy for the designated end‑market sector in France. Drive business growth, P&L accountability, and cross‑functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Services, and support functions to deliver a cohesive country plan aligned with the group vision. Expectations - Spearhead national sales initiatives and achieve Growth+ targets. - Manage full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. - Build and maintain high‑performance teams and stakeholder relationships across a matrix environment. - Champion ethical, transparent leadership and cross‑cultural collaboration. - Represent the country in global and regional sales and strategy forums. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute country‑level sales strategy, budgets, and growth plans. - Forecast sales, monitor KPIs, and report results to regional leadership. - Lead, coach, and evaluate sector sales leaders and support staff. - Recruit and develop talent to meet performance objectives. - Ensure alignment with Operations, Engineering, Services, Finance, Legal, and IT for integrated delivery. - Prepare and submit quarterly performance and P&L review documents. - Travel nationally and internationally as required to engage customers and partners. - Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all functions. Required Skills - Proven senior sales leadership in industrial manufacturing (engineering or finance focus preferred). - Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and budgeting capabilities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels. - Ability to lead within a matrix structure and build cross‑functional partnerships. - Results‑oriented with a track record of achieving sales and growth targets. - Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in a diverse business environment. - Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. - Minimum 5‑7 years of senior sales experience in the industrial sector. - Leadership experience managing teams and cross‑functional initiatives.
