Job Description
Job title: Human Resources Business Partner Role Summary: Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, driving performance, engagement, and compliance. Expactations: • Deliver mature HR expertise in a fast‑paced environment • Build trust with leaders and employees • Maintain confidentiality and uphold integrity • Provide data‑driven insights to inform decisions • Continuously improve HR service delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and leadership development initiatives. • Coach leaders on workforce planning and coaching techniques. • Lead employee engagement programs, analyze survey data, and translate insights into action. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring, interviewing, and onboarding. • Manage compensation reviews, succession planning, and policy implementation. • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. • Analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. • Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion. Required Skills: • Strong relationship‑building and influencing abilities. • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. • Solid knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. • Proficiency in HR metrics analysis and process improvement. • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience (business partner or generalist). • CHRP/CHRL designation or in‑progress is preferred.
