Job Title: Enterprise Program Manager Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end implementations of the Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) product suite for large enterprise clients, acting as the central coordinator between customers, internal stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery. Expactations: • Deep understanding of the insurance defense market and/or time‑billing & accounting products. • Proven track record managing concurrent programs with varying scope, budget, and timelines. • Strong ownership mindset, able to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority. • Passion for continuous improvement and high performance. • Proficiency with project planning and tracking tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet). Key Responsibilities: • Serve as subject‑matter expert on ELM implementations. • Own the full project lifecycle: scoping, SOW approvals, partner onboarding, scheduling, risk mitigation, go‑live, and hand‑off. • Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams on roadmap alignment. • Evaluate and enhance team performance, tools, processes, and training. • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and upgrade escalation protocols. • Design, pilot, and roll out new processes, standards, and KPIs to boost efficiency. • Assess and improve agile development practices. • Manage daily communication with partners on project status and performance. Required Skills: • Program and project management (multi‑project oversight). • Stakeholder engagement and partnership management. • Risk assessment and mitigation. • Process design, KPIs, and continuous improvement. • Agile methodologies and performance assessment. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Knowledge of legal operations and enterprise software implementation. Job Description
Job Title: Customer Success Enablement Manager Role Summary: Lead and scale the learning ecosystem for internal teams and external customers, ensuring timely, relevant knowledge delivery through an LMS, live and recorded training, and content strategy. Expectations: - Manage and optimize the LMS platform, aligning content structure with product evolution. - Design and enforce content standards and lifecycle processes. - Develop, curate, and maintain multi‑format learning assets (videos, docs, courses, certifications). - Facilitate external and internal training sessions, including product feature rollouts and adoption series. - Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to translate product updates into scalable learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Administer LMS configuration, access control, and continuous improvement. - Build and maintain the information architecture for all learning content. - Establish naming conventions, versioning, and content lifecycle policies. - Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to consolidate and archive training materials. - Keep training content current with product releases and best practices. - Host live sessions for customers and internal audiences; lead “Full Disclosure” adoption series. - Deliver onboarding, role readiness, and ongoing enablement programs for employees.
