Job Title: Customer Success Enablement Manager
Role Summary: Lead and scale the learning ecosystem for internal teams and external customers, ensuring timely, relevant knowledge delivery through an LMS, live and recorded training, and content strategy.
Expectations:
- Manage and optimize the LMS platform, aligning content structure with product evolution.
- Design and enforce content standards and lifecycle processes.
- Develop, curate, and maintain multi‑format learning assets (videos, docs, courses, certifications).
- Facilitate external and internal training sessions, including product feature rollouts and adoption series.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to translate product updates into scalable learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer LMS configuration, access control, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain the information architecture for all learning content.
- Establish naming conventions, versioning, and content lifecycle policies.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to consolidate and archive training materials.
- Keep training content current with product releases and best practices.
- Host live sessions for customers and internal audiences; lead “Full Disclosure” adoption series.
- Deliver onboarding, role readiness, and ongoing enablement programs for employees.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years managing an LMS (experience with Tovuti, Synap preferred).
- 2+ years working with Salesforce.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and live training delivery skills.
- Ability to create engaging content across video, written, live, and self‑paced formats.
- Excellent organization, project management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Snagit, iorad, Camtasia, and other content creation tools.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- LMS or instructional design certification (e.g., ATD, CPLP) is a plus.
