Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Salesforce Engineer, Sales Cloud **Role Summary:** Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions to support sales, marketing, and business development functions. Build and maintain custom Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality, production‑ready code within agreed timelines. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine specifications and translate business needs into technical solutions. - Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing Salesforce implementations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, code, test, document, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. - Develop and maintain Lightning Aura and LWC components for optimal user experience. - Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues using Debug Logs, Flow Errors, and performance monitoring tools. - Execute complex queries in SOQL, SQL, Postgres, or Oracle as required. - Manage change control and documentation for release management. - Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git and IDEs such as Visual Studio Code. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, Triggers, Aura, LWC). - Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration patterns. - Expertise in JavaScript, Java, C#, or similar object‑oriented languages. - Proficient in advanced reporting, formula fields, and Salesforce change management. - Experience with SDLC, testing phases, and CI/CD practices. - Familiarity with relational databases (SOQL, SQL, Postgres, Oracle). - Troubleshooting skills using Debug Logs, Flow Errors, CPU/SOQL monitoring. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, or Salesforce Advanced Administrator preferred.
