Job Title: Manager, Data & Tech Consulting (Data Science & AI)
Role Summary: Lead the Data Science & AI stream, manage a portfolio of large enterprise clients, deliver end‑to‑end data solutions, and drive commercial growth while mentoring a multidisciplinary team.
Expectations: Deliver measurable business impact, expand client relationships, maintain high client satisfaction, and cultivate a data‑first culture through strategic consulting.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage large‑account client portfolio: engage in pre‑sales, bids, and contract negotiations to convert opportunities.
• Own AI/data science projects: scope definition, design, implementation, and delivery of data‑driven solutions.
• Transform client organizations: promote data‑first thinking, dismantle silos, and establish test‑and‑learn processes.
• Transfer knowledge: design and conduct training, define data‑marketing processes, and embed best practices.
• Lead and coach a team of Data Scientists & AI Engineers (junior to senior): staffing, career development, performance reviews, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with Senior Managers to ensure high‑quality deliverables and client retention.
• Drive commercial initiatives: contribute to business development, client upsell, and long‑term partnership strategies.
Required Skills
• Project management of complex, multi‑disciplinary initiatives.
• Commercial acumen and experience in pre‑sales, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Exceptional written and oral communication; professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to engage C‑level executives (CDO, CMO, etc.).
• Strong leadership, team building, and mentoring capabilities.
• Strategic understanding of data strategy, AI, media, CRM, CRO, and cloud technologies.
• Technical expertise in data science, machine learning, and AI engineering methodologies.
Required Education & Certifications
• Master’s level (Bac+5) degree in engineering, computer science, data science, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of consulting experience on data/AI initiatives, including at least one senior mission or account‑lead role.
