Job Description: **Job Title:** IT Manager **Role Summary:** Oversee IT operations, security, compliance, and digital transformation for a manufacturing site, ensuring alignment with global IT strategies and business needs. **Expectations:** 5+ years of IT management experience, bachelor’s/master’s in computer science, engineering, or equivalent; ITIL or cybersecurity certifications preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise IT infrastructure (networks, servers, OT equipment), ensuring system availability, performance, updates, and security. - Manage tier-2/3 IT support, vendor relations, and IT asset lifecycle. - Support production systems (SCADA, ERP, WMS, MES), ensuring operational continuity and data integrity. - Enforce cybersecurity, GDPR compliance, and ITSM best practices (incident/change management). - Lead local implementation of global IT initiatives (ERP, LIMS, QMS, EDI) and automation/digitization projects. - Partner with production, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business needs. - Coordinate audits, regulatory assessments, and change management for IT projects. **Required Skills:** IT infrastructure management, SCADA/industrial systems, ERP/MES implementation, ITIL, cybersecurity frameworks, project management, cross-functional collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science, engineering, or related field; ITIL, cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP) advantageous.
