Job Description
Job Title: Region Manager, Belux – Medical Imaging Role Summary: Lead the sales strategy and execution of a leading ultrasound portfolio across hospitals and healthcare institutions within the Belux region. Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, cultivate relationships with physicians and hospital leadership, and drive revenue growth to meet or exceed regional targets. Expactations: - Meet or surpass established revenue and growth targets. - Demonstrate a consistent track record of achieving sales objectives in capital equipment or imaging equipment markets. - Exhibit high motivation and a results‑driven mindset, actively pursuing new business opportunities. - Maintain fluency in Dutch and a strong working knowledge of French; effective communication in a bilingual environment. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across hospitals and related healthcare facilities. - Manage full sales cycle: needs assessment, solution presentations, proposal development, price negotiation, contract closing, and post‑sale follow‑up. - Collaborate with Clinical Applications and Technical teams to schedule and conduct product demos, installations, and training sessions. - Build and sustain strategic relationships with physicians, department heads, procurement, and hospital administration. - Utilize Salesforce® for accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting. - Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events. - Travel regionally as required to support sales activities and relationship building. Required Skills: - Extensive experience in medical device or healthcare technology sales, preferably in capital equipment or imaging systems. - Deep understanding of hospital sales processes and stakeholder dynamics. - Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and closing abilities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Dutch and French; English proficiency recommended. - Proficient in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce®. - Self‑driven, high energy, and results‑oriented with a collaborative working style. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field. - Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the Belux region.
