Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow AI/ML Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions within the ServiceNow platform to enhance automation, improve workflows, and deliver data‑driven outcomes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high‑value use cases, integrate ML models, and establish governance for scalable, secure, and maintainable AI services. Expectations: - Deliver end‑to‑end AI/ML workflows that provide measurable ROI. - Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance. - Communicate findings, recommendations, and insights to cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize AI use cases. 2. Design, build, and configure AI/ML models and workflows on ServiceNow. 3. Integrate external AI/ML frameworks and tools into ServiceNow. 4. Implement ServiceNow‑native AI and predictive capabilities. 5. Monitor solution performance, adjust models, and optimize outcomes. 6. Establish AI/ML governance, best practices, and documentation. 7. Track KPIs to demonstrate value and ROI of AI initiatives. 8. Stay current on AI/ML technologies and recommend innovative enhancements. Required Skills: - 3–5+ years in AI/ML engineering, data science, or related field. - Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts, model training, deployment, and evaluation. - Proficiency with ServiceNow platform (Now Assist for ITSM, HRSD, and Creator). - Experience deploying ML models to production environments. - Familiarity with DevOps processes and Agile methodologies. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Native‑level fluency in English. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent. - Certifications: Google Generative AI Leader, Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals, or AWS Certified AI Practitioner preferred.
