**Job Title** Solutions Engineer **Role Summary** A revenue‑driving, customer‑facing technical partner who guides prospects from discovery to close, translating business challenges into data‑driven solutions on the PandaDoc platform. **Expectations** - Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, partnering with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams. - Deliver outcome‑based demos and solution architecture that demonstrably accelerate revenue and ROI. - Influence complex buying groups, address objections, and provide actionable paths to close deals. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Own technical solution strategy for the full sales cycle. 2. Conduct consultative discovery to uncover pain points and success metrics. 3. Translate customer goals into tailored, ROI‑focused demos, workflow diagrams, and solution architectures. 4. Identify risks, objections and gaps; propose mitigation and next steps. 5. Serve as platform expert for document workflows, CPQ, APIs, integrations, and CRM ecosystems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics). 6. Explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. 7. Collaborate with Product & Engineering to stay current on roadmap and feature parity. **Required Skills** - Pre‑sales/solutions engineering experience in SaaS or business applications. - Strong business empathy and ROI‑centric mindset. - Technical fluency with APIs (REST/SDKs), JSON, cloud integrations, and CRM systems. - Ability to design and deliver story‑driven demos for complex use cases. - Excellent communication: simplify complex concepts, influence stakeholders, navigate objections. - AI fluency – capability to build or describe AI‑enhanced solutions. - Self‑starter, collaborative, and continuously learning. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 2+ years customer‑facing technical role (sales engineer, solutions engineer). ---
