Job Description
**Job Title** Devops Engineer (W2) **Role Summary** Senior DevOps Engineer with 9+ years of experience building and maintaining automated cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (W2) Role Summary: Deliver end‑to‑end development and customization of ServiceNow modules for HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Dispute Management. Work exclusively on a W2 basis with a 4 am–12 pm EST schedule, 5 days a week, fully remote. Expectations: * 9+ years of proven ServiceNow development experience. * Dedicated W2 contract role. * Availability within 4 am–12 pm EST weekdays. * Proactive communication and timely delivery of project milestones. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations for HRSD and Dispute Management. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. * Perform unit, integration, and regression testing of custom and out‑of‑the‑box solutions. * Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications, ensuring performance and compliance. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (HR, IT, security) to resolve defects and optimize processes. * Prepare documentation and knowledge transfer materials. * Follow Agile best practices, attend sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
