**Job title:** Communication and Partnerships Officer
**Role Summary:**
Lead the external and internal communication strategy of a training center, creating compelling content, managing digital channels, publishing on the website, and organizing events. Simultaneously identify, secure, and nurture partnerships with enterprises, learning institutions, and professional networks to promote training programs and establish long‑term collaborations.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver high‑quality communication materials (print, digital, video) that increase visibility and brand loyalty.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring alignment of company needs with training offerings.
- Provide measurable reporting on communication reach, engagement, and partnership impact.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan across print, digital, social media, newsletters, and events.
- Produce, edit, and distribute content: articles, blog posts, interviews, infographics, videos, flyers, and brochures.
- Manage social media accounts: create content calendars, post updates, moderate discussions.
- Update the website via CMS, write articles, and curate testimonials.
- Organize and promote events (open days, forums, orientation sessions, webinars).
- Compile and analyze reporting metrics (social reach, newsletter open rates, media coverage).
- Identify, approach, and engage new partners (companies, institutions, associations).
- Develop, negotiate, and manage partnership agreements and contracts.
- Coordinate partnership activities: communication of offers, apprentice reception, administrative follow‑up, and feedback collection.
- Collaborate with academic and sales teams to align training programmes with partner needs.

- Proficiency in digital communication tools (social media, CMS, email marketing).

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Minimum Master’s level (Bac +5) in Communication, Marketing, Partnerships, or related discipline.
- Certifications in digital marketing, event management, or partnership development are advantageous.
