**Job Title**
Chef de projet Informatique F/H
**Role Summary**
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic digital transformation projects. Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure timely, within‑budget, and high‑quality implementation of systems and process improvements.
**Expactations**
- Deliver projects on schedule and within budget while meeting quality and security standards.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Apply a proactive, hands‑on approach when operational involvement is required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Produce detailed requirements documents and specifications.
- Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and performance indicators.
- Coordinate internal teams (technical, business) and manage external contractors.
- Review and validate technical configurations, scripts, or code snippets.
- Manage incident resolution for complex or critical issues.
- Oversee testing, deployment, and go‑live activities.
- Facilitate user training, documentation, and adoption of new solutions.
- Monitor project progress, report status to senior management, and adjust plans as needed.
- Conduct continuous technology monitoring and propose improvements.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum).
- Solid understanding of ERP, CRM, BI, cloud solutions, API integration, and database technologies.
- Ability to read and troubleshoot code or scripts.
- Strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Operational mindset capable of stepping into technical tasks when required.
- Knowledge of information security practices and GDPR compliance.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac + 3) in Computer Science, IT Management, or Information Systems.
- Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience managing IT projects of strategic importance.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) highly desirable.
