Job Description: Job title: Private Equity / Investment Banking Intern‑Analyst – Corporate Development / Mentorship Program Role Summary: 6‑month, full‑time, virtual internship focused on corporate development within a private equity fund. Intern‑analysts conduct market and industry research, build and maintain databases, perform financial analysis of technology companies, develop presentations, and engage directly with company management teams and senior management directors. Expectations: - Unpaid, full‑time (7:00 am–5:00 pm PT) commitment with daily Zoom meetings from 7:00 am–10:00 am PT, Monday–Friday. - 100‑percent remote execution; must be legally domiciled in the United States. - 6‑month duration, starting 7 Jan 2026. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and industry analysis for private equity transactions. - Proactively reach out to emerging tech company management via phone and email. - Create, update, and manage company and industry databases. - Develop corporate presentations and detailed industry analyses. - Perform financial modeling and valuation of companies in Digital Media, Cybersecurity, and SaaS. - Complete structured learning modules on private equity and investment banking topics. - Collaborate daily with Senior Managing Directors and other team members.
