Job Description: Job Title: Corporate + Brand Intern Role Summary: Entry‑level paid internship focused on integrated communications and media relations. Supports Corporate and Brand teams by conducting research, monitoring media, drafting releases, and assisting with project coordination and administrative tasks. Expectations: Full‑time, Monday–Friday availability; work in Seattle office two days per week (Monday and Wednesday). Deliver accurate analytical reports, maintain media relationships, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze industry and marketplace trends for internal briefs. • Research, vet, and recommend media targets. • Create and update coverage reports, dashboards, and trackers. • Perform media monitoring of brand and competitor coverage. • Draft press releases, media alerts, and outreach communications. • Support multiple account teams with project execution. • Coordinate team meetings, agendas, meeting notes, and event/admin support. • Participate in office‑wide professional development and brainstorming sessions. Required Skills: • Strong research and analytical abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). • Detail‑oriented, multitasking, and organized. • Proactive, energetic, and collaborative attitude.
