**Job Title:** Social Media Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead and evolve B2B and B2C social media strategies across BloomNation, Promenade, and Floom, integrating content planning, brand storytelling, influencer partnerships, and team leadership to drive engagement and reach.
**Expectations:**
- Grow follower engagement, reach, and conversions on all platforms.
- Increase brand visibility through successful partnership and influencer collaborations.
- Maintain cohesive social storytelling aligned with broader marketing initiatives.
- Deliver high‑quality B2C social services while retaining client satisfaction and team performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage B2B social media strategies, content calendars, and brand-consistent storytelling for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads.
- Create and publish engaging, on‑brand copy and visuals.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Lead partnership and influencer program development, including vetting, content coordination, and cross‑promotions.
- Oversee B2C social services, managing and mentoring two Social Media Coordinators for 300+ client accounts.
- Ensure creative production quality, timeliness, and brand adherence across all workflows.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, copy, and PR teams on integrated campaigns, product launches, and paid social initiatives.
- Present monthly analytics insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Identify emerging social trends and platforms relevant to SMB, floral, and restaurant verticals.
**Required Skills:**
- 5–7 years of social media marketing experience, 2+ years managing content strategy for a brand or agency.
- Strong B2B social strategy and community‑building expertise in SaaS, tech, or SMB sectors.
- Proven success in influencer/partner program creation and execution.
- Excellent writing, brand storytelling, and tone versatility.
- Team leadership and direct‑report management.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (Later, Sprout, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) and analytics dashboards.
- Project management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask across multiple brands.
- Bonus: B2B & B2C content creation, video scripting, or social ad management experience.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics) are a plus but not mandatory.
