**Job Title:** Lead Power Platform Developer
**Role Summary:**
Senior developer responsible for designing, building, and delivering end‑to‑end solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot). Leads architecture, governance, ALM, and best‑practice adoption while mentoring a team of developers and driving automation of legacy processes.
**Expectations:**
- Own the technical vision and delivery of Power Platform solutions.
- Ensure security, compliance, performance, and scalability of all implementations.
- Guide environment strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and governance frameworks.
- Mentor and up‑skill developers, championing low‑code and pro‑code integration.
- Remain current with Power Platform, AI Copilot, and cloud advancements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards, Power Pages, and Copilot integrations.
- Extend Power Pages using Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; build PCF components and custom connectors.
- Model Dataverse entities, relationships, business rules, and implement role‑based security.
- Integrate solutions with Azure SQL, external APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Define and manage ALM processes, solution packaging, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD, version control).
- Replace manual/legacy processes with automated cloud‑based workflows.
- Enforce data protection, DLP, and security policies across environments.
- Conduct performance tuning, testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and capability building for the development team.
**Required Skills:**
- Expert in Power Platform components (Power Apps, Automate, BI, Pages, Copilot).
- Strong front‑end development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Liquid templates.
- Advanced Dataverse modeling and security configuration.
- Proficiency with PCF development, custom connectors, and API integration.
- Advanced DAX for Power BI reporting.
- Experience with ALM/DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Git, solution versioning, release management.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile/SAFe methodologies, and backlog management.
- Solid understanding of Azure services; familiarity with AWS or other clouds a plus.
- Excellent problem‑solving, time‑management, and independent work capabilities.
- Ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Power Platform Developer Associate.
- Azure certification (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) preferred.
- Relevant certifications in ITIL, Agile, or SAFe are advantageous.
