Job Description: **Job Title:** Marketing & Communication Intern **Role Summary:** Assist the CEO in shaping the brand’s marketing strategy and managing a full‑spectrum communication program, including digital content creation, social media management, partnership outreach, and performance analysis. **Expectations:** - Work under direct guidance of the CEO. - Execute marketing tasks with autonomy and a keen eye for detail. - Demonstrate strong French and English writing skills. - Engage with partners and customers to enhance brand presence. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Content & Brand Image** - Develop and execute an ambitious Instagram strategy. - Create and curate content for social channels and the website. - Maintain weekly publishing cadence across Instagram and Pinterest. - Update website, social media, and conversion tools (Klaviyo, Yotpo) in line with visual and editorial guidelines. 2. **Growth & Engagement** - Track and analyze digital KPIs; report insights and improvement opportunities. - Respond to private messages, mentions, and comments. - Keep Instagram account tidy, dynamic, and consistent. 3. **Partnerships & Collaborations** - Source and negotiate collaborations with D2C brands, media, and influencers that align with the brand. - Propose high‑value activations or co‑creations to boost visibility, desirability, and distribution. **Required Skills:** - Strong grasp of social media platforms, especially Instagram and Pinterest. - Content creation proficiency (Canva, other design tools). - Familiarity with email marketing and loyalty platforms (Klaviyo, Yotpo). - Excellent French and English written communication. - Multitasking, organization, and meticulous attention to detail. - Interest in beauty, premium or lifestyle brands. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrollment or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Prior experience or coursework relevant to beauty or consumer marketing preferred.
