Job title: Finance Business Partner Role Summary: Partner with senior leadership to transform strategy into financial plans, deliver insightful analysis, and enable commercial decision‑making within a technology‑led, high‑growth organisation. Expectations: Provide regular financial insight, influence decision‑making, drive budgeting and forecasting, and ensure rigorous financial governance. Key Responsibilities: • Support planning, prioritisation and commercial decisions with business leaders. • Deliver performance insights, risk assessments and opportunity analyses. • Develop business cases, investment proposals and scenario models. • Lead budgeting, forecasting and periodic re‑forecasting for assigned areas. • Produce management reporting with variance analysis and actionable commentary. • Advise on cash‑flow, runway planning and capital allocation. • Embed financial discipline and governance across the business. Required Skills: • Proven experience in finance business partnering, FP&A or commercial finance. • Strong analytical and modelling skills in Excel or Google Sheets. • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with non‑finance stakeholders. • Detail‑oriented with commercial judgment. • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. Required Education & Certifications: • Qualified or part‑qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred or equivalent experience.
