**Job Title:** Marketing Specialist **Role Summary:** Execute and optimise integrated marketing initiatives across a portfolio of over 30 brands, aligning corporate and division objectives. Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver consistent messaging, manage multi‑channel campaigns, and drive measurable ROI. **Expectations:** - Manage end‑to‑end marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, paid media). - Coordinate multi‑brand projects, ensuring on‑time delivery and budget compliance. - Analyse performance data, identify optimisation opportunities, and report insights to leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop integrated campaigns supporting SPG corporate and division goals. - Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans with division leads. - Oversee campaign performance, ROI analysis, and optimisation across digital channels. - Act as primary liaison for multi‑brand projects, tracking tasks, approvals, and deliverables with design, PR, and digital teams. - Maintain brand consistency across 30+ portfolio brands; support brand architecture rollouts and website migrations. - Produce high‑impact content (thought leadership, case studies, video scripts) in collaboration with writers and SMEs. - Coordinate PR and internal/external communications, including newsletters, launch emails, and one‑pagers. - Manage webinar and event marketing: registration, post‑event emails, and reporting. - Own campaign dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc. - Present findings to leadership and recommend strategy adjustments. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships. **Required Skills:** - 4‑6 years B2B marketing experience (insurance/financial services preferred). - Proven multi‑brand or agency‑style marketing experience. - Expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, paid social, and content strategy. - Proficiency with CRM, analytics, and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads). - Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills. - Creative collaboration with design and content teams. - Comfortable using AI‑driven tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, SurferSEO). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
