Job Description

**Job Title:** AI Technology Intern – 16 Hours/week onsite During School Year **Role Summary:** Support the Analytics team in establishing and enforcing standards, governance, and best practices for Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI tools. Drive pilot projects, evaluate new AI features, and create adoption resources to demonstrate ROI and responsible use across business functions. **Expectations:** - Deliver clear, actionable documentation and training materials on AI tool usage. - Provide insights on usage patterns and governance gaps to improve efficiency. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to pilot and iterate AI solutions. - Communicate findings and recommendations in concise reports. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in drafting Copilot usage standards and best‑practice guides. - Help define policies, access controls, and compliance frameworks for AI use. - Evaluate new Copilot features/plugins and recommend business use cases. - Partner with analytics and business units to pilot AI solutions and collect feedback. - Produce quick‑start guides, training content, and internal documentation for adoption. - Analyze usage data, generate metrics, and suggest improvements. **Required Skills:** - Current student in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. - Strong interest in AI, data governance, and digital transformation. - Proficient with Microsoft 365; experience with Copilot or similar generative AI tools is a plus. - Excellent written communication and documentation abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s or master’s program in a relevant discipline. - No specific certifications required.
