Job Description
**Job Title:** Modern Workplace Solutions Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, build, and administer modern collaboration and business solutions within Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Integrate low‑code applications, AI-driven automation, and data services to optimize productivity and secure, high‑performing systems. **Expectations:** * Deliver secure, scalable solutions that meet business needs. * Manage continuous improvement of platform performance and capabilities. * Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint, AD, and security policies. * Design and develop Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards, and AI Builder workflows. * Build and maintain APIs, connectors, and data integrity across systems. * Provide troubleshooting, performance optimization, and user support. * Lead migrations, upgrades, and enterprise initiatives in an agile environment. * Create documentation, training materials, and run workshops. * Monitor system health and adopt emerging Microsoft 365 and AI features. **Required Skills:** * 3+ years system administration (AD, Group Policy, M365). * 2+ years SharePoint administration (on‑prem or online). * Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and AI tools (Copilot, AI Builder). * Workflow automation, data modeling, and API integration expertise. * Familiarity with Azure, Azure DevOps, Jira. * Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). * Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or SharePoint Administrator Associate. * Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-400) are an advantage. * ITIL Foundation or equivalent service‑management knowledge.
