Job Description
**Job Title:** Media Analyst, Programmatic **Role Summary:** Analyze and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns to drive client business growth. Utilize data, statistical analysis, and strategic testing to deliver actionable insights and performance improvements across major DSPs. **Expectations:** - 1‑3 years of digital performance marketing with programmatic trading experience. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a high‑velocity environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Optimize marketing campaigns across programmatic DSPs and managed service partnerships. - Conduct routine data analysis to uncover insights that inform campaign improvements, media plans, and testing opportunities. - Develop and execute strategic testing plans (A/B tests, experiments) aligned with client goals. - Prepare client‑ready campaign insights and reports, recommending actionable next steps to improve performance and business outcomes. - Translate business needs into comprehensive media activations, thinking holistically as a marketer. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with at least one major DSP (The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo, Amazon Ad Platform, or equivalent). - Advanced Excel skills. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities. - Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of work. **Required Education & Certifications:** - BA/BS degree (preferred fields: Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics). - Certifications such as The Trade Desk or DV360 associate preferred but not mandatory.
