Job Description

**Job Title** Sr. AI/ML Engineer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions for life‑sciences applications, leading end‑to‑end product lifecycles and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate data into actionable insights. **Expectations** - Deliver production‑ready AI products that scale across multiple organizations. - Translate executive and scientific requirements into technical roadmaps and validate feasibility. - Maintain ownership of AI/ML solutions from concept through deployment and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead design, model training, validation, and deployment of AI products (RL, NLP, protein design). - Advise leadership on technical, commercial, and regulatory viability of AI initiatives. - Partner with commercial, scientific, and regulatory teams to identify opportunities and co‑create solutions. - Build productized applications that operate reliably at scale within regulated environments. - Present findings and product demos to senior stakeholders and customers. **Required Skills** - 10+ years of AI/ML development experience (or 5+ years in regulated life sciences/healthcare). - Proven portfolio of real‑world AI products deployed. - Deep expertise in at least one of: Reinforcement Learning, NLP/LLMs, or Protein Design/Diffusion Models. - Advanced knowledge of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and production tooling. - Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to translate technical concepts to business audiences. **Required Education & Certifications** - Ph.D. in Biological, Data, or Computer Science (preferred), or equivalent advanced degree. - Certifications in AI/ML or relevant domain (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, SAS Viya, or equivalent) are a plus.
