Job Description
**Job Title** Project Manager **Role Summary** Lead and manage the full-life-cycle execution of green‑field anaerobic digestor and wastewater treatment projects, overseeing design, procurement, construction, and commissioning to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. **Expectations** - Deliver projects that meet cost, schedule, safety, quality, and stakeholder expectations. - Maintain transparent communication with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams. - Proactively identify and mitigate risks in fast‑paced, capital‑intensive projects. - Ensure compliance with industry codes, safety regulations, and government programs (e.g., ITC). **Key Responsibilities** - Lead end‑to‑end project execution from design through construction and close‑out. - Manage cross‑functional project teams (development, procurement, construction, finance, engineering). - Coordinate with internal process engineering and design‑builder teams to develop detailed construction documents. - Own procurement of capital equipment, including planning, execution, and vendor management. - Define project scope, schedule, and budget; develop and negotiate design‑build, engineering, and construction contracts. - Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting; use ERP tools for cost control. - Track and report technical data, design changes, and construction progress; maintain accurate project records. - Provide regular status, risk, and capital forecast updates to senior leadership. - Ensure regulatory, safety, and code compliance (including ITC program requirements). - Prepare preliminary CapEx estimates in early development stages. - Oversee plant commissioning, punch‑list closure, warranty claims, and transfer to operations. - Travel to project sites as needed for planning and construction coordination. - Mentor and motivate project team members to achieve ambitious development goals. **Required Skills** - 7+ years project management experience in commercial, energy, or industrial facilities. - Proven background in process mechanical design/construction and wastewater treatment. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Risk analysis, proactive issue resolution, and multitasking across projects. - Proficiency in Primavera or MS Project; experience with cost management and ERP systems. - Ability to manage critical‑path priorities and compare actual vs. baseline schedules. **Required Education & Certifications** Not specified.
