**Job title:** New Business Manager **Role Summary:** Drive growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new B2B accounts for commercial vehicle fleets. Operate fully field‑based, building long‑term relationships with SME customers across London and the South East, while maintaining accurate CRM data and contributing to broader market insights. **Expactations:** - Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for new trading accounts. - Deliver consistent, sustainable revenue growth within assigned territory. - Maintain high data integrity in Salesforce and other sales tools. - Provide timely feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own territory, identify and qualify new business opportunities among SMEs. - Conduct on‑site consultations to assess customer fleets and develop tailored solutions. - Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals independently. - Convert leads into trading accounts and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. - Log all interactions, proposals, and sales activity accurately in Salesforce. - Stay current on local market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B sales success, preferably in vehicle rental/lease or mobility services. - Strong new business development background with self‑driven lead generation and closing ability. - Strategic thinking with adaptability in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. - Comfortable with fieldwork, meeting clients frequently. - Proficiency with sales tools (Salesforce preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). - No specific certifications required, but automotive or fleet management knowledge is advantageous.
