Interns analyze complex data, conduct market research, and develop actionable recommendations to influence business decisions, while collaborating cross‑functionally and presenting findings to senior stakeholders. **Expectations:** - Complete the full 10‑week program and all assigned projects. - Work independently and within teams across multiple functions. - Present data‑driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership. - Maintain professional communication with stakeholders at all levels. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, insights, and improvement opportunities. - Conduct competitive benchmarking or market research to inform strategy. - Develop and present actionable recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders. - Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and cost‑saving projects. - Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and other teams to solve real business problems. - Prepare leadership‑ready presentations or reports summarizing findings. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly. - Ability to build relationships with individuals at all organizational levels and negotiate with vendors. - Demonstrated initiative and self‑direction in a fast‑paced environment. - Presentation skills for senior‑level audiences. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (MBA, M.S., or equivalent). - Minimum 3 years of professional business experience. - No specific certifications required, but familiarity with data analytics or business intelligence tools is preferred.
