Job Title: Associate Product Manager Role Summary: Support the Product Team in managing automotive product lines—planning, launches, pricing, forecasting, and marketing—to drive market share growth and profitability. Expectations: Deliver on product strategy, cross‑functional collaboration, and process improvement initiatives while maintaining high standards of data analysis, communication, and customer focus. Key Responsibilities - Assist in product planning, launch execution, and training initiatives across multiple product lines. - Develop and maintain marketing literature, website content, and competitive reference materials. - Contribute to new product development activities and communicate progress to stakeholders. - Generate sales, profitability, and market trend reports; analyze data to inform strategy. - Support global product and customer needs, including pricing, forecasting, and inventory optimization. - Participate in process improvement programs (e.g., LEAN initiatives). - Perform pricing and product analysis and maintain product price lists. Required Skills - Strong project and time‑management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; advanced Excel skills preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and analytical mindset. - Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, manufacturing, and supply‑chain teams. - Customer‑oriented focus and business‑to‑business marketing experience. - Basic understanding of quality and environmental standards (QS9000, IATF16949, ISO14001) is advantageous. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited institution. - Minimum one year of experience or related internship in B2B marketing of industrial or datacom products. - Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (if required by role).
