Job Description

**Job Title**: Aide‑Soignant (H/F) – CDD (Neurology Rehabilitation Center) **Role Summary** Provide bedside and supportive care to neurological patients in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation setting. Work collaboratively with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and doctors to deliver high‑quality patient care and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. **Expectations** - Deliver consistent, compassionate, and patient‑centric care. - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. - Maintain professional conduct and strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. - Contribute ideas and support projects aimed at process improvement. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Assist patients with hygiene, personal care, and mobilization. 2. Support therapeutic interventions (physio/occupational) and report patient status. 3. Monitor and document vital signs, clinical observations, and care plans. 4. Administer medications and basic treatments under supervision. 5. Ensure a safe and clean environment; manage supplies and equipment. 6. Communicate changes or concerns to the multidisciplinary team. 7. Participate in cross‑functional improvement projects as needed. **Required Skills** - Strong interpersonal and communication skills in French. - Empathy, clinical vigilance, and attentiveness to patient needs. - Teamwork orientation and willingness to collaborate. - Organizational ability, punctuality, and adaptability to shift work. - Basic knowledge of neurological conditions and rehabilitation processes. **Required Education & Certifications** - Diplôme d’État d’Aide‑Soignant (State Diploma), or equivalent nationally recognized qualification. - First‑Aid and CPR certification (current). - Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
